Warranty & repair

Warranty & repair

When you buy from us, you can assume that it is a high-quality item. The legal guarantee applies to every article, which means that an article must do what you as a customer can expect it to do under normal use. In addition to the legal warranty, the manufacturer's warranty also applies. If there is a manufacturer's warranty, this can be found in the item's user manual. The warranty on our articles differs per article.

Report defective or damaged items

The legal guarantee applies to all items you buy. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use.

Report defective or damaged items via our customer service. Even if your item was delivered damaged or has already broken down within the 30-day trial period. The warranty on our items differs per item. We only need two things: your purchase invoice and a clear description of what is wrong with the item.

After you report the item to us for repair, you will receive an e-mail about the repair of your item or the refund of the purchase price.

Repair costs

Within warranty

You are entitled to a good article. So if you have a justified complaint about an item, we will cover the costs of exchanging or repairing the item (including examination and/or shipping costs) within the warranty.

If the repairer has assessed your article complaint and it does not appear to be justified, you will receive a quotation for the repair. You can then decide whether or not to have the item repaired. Not going to have it repaired? Sometimes you will still be charged an examination fee (this will be listed on the quotation).

Outside warranty

If the repair or exchange falls outside the guarantee, you will have to pay the costs yourself. Of course, we will not suddenly present you with a bill afterwards. So we will let you know in advance if there are any costs involved in the repair.

If you are returning an article, please make sure the article is returned as complete as possible, including all accessories and manuals. If you have assembled the article, please disassemble or disconnect it and return only the original article. You should also enclose a copy of the purchase invoice and (if applicable) a completed return form.

Track my repair

Once the authorised repairer receives your item, it will take up to 14 working days for us to return your repaired item. If not all parts are in stock, the repair is no longer under guarantee or we are unable to repair the item, you will receive notification from us within 14 working days about a suitable solution. We will also keep you informed by e-mail about the progress of your repair.

Explanation of warranty conditions

Legal warranty

All items you buy come with a legal guarantee. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use.

Manufacturer's warranty

On some items, you have a manufacturer's warranty in addition to the legal warranty. This extra guarantee is valid for a certain period of time. If there is a manufacturer's warranty, this can be found in the item's instructions for use.

Right to a good product

You should at least be able to use an article for a certain period of time without any problems. How long an item lasts depends on what it is. The lifespan varies from item to item.

When is an item no good?

An article is not good if it is incomplete or damaged and/or it does not function properly.

Rights during the guarantee

If an item does not function properly within the warranty, we will look for a solution as soon as possible. Think of a free repair, a new article or a refund of your purchase price. Is the problem with the article your own fault? Then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new item or a refund. Have you used the item normally and is it simply worn out? Then you are not entitled to the above remedies either.

Warranty certificate

The purchase invoice of your order is also the proof of guarantee for your article. If you wish to claim warranty, we will ask for a copy of your purchase invoice.

Complaint or defect within warranty

If you report a complaint about an article, we will check whether the guarantee provisions, as described in the general terms and conditions, apply to your situation. If the complaint is valid, we will bear all costs (including examination costs and/or shipping costs) within the guarantee.
