Once you order from us, you will receive your invoice from us by e-mail, this invoice is also your proof of purchase.


I have not yet received my invoice, can I still change it?

No problem, just contact us and we will be happy to help you.

My invoice is incorrect, can it still be adjusted?

If the invoice has already been sent, unfortunately it can no longer be adjusted. If something is missing from the invoice, please contact us. Together we can solve this.

The VAT on the invoice, is it listed separately?

Yes, the VAT is always stated separately on the invoice. However, all our items in our webshop include VAT.

I have lost my invoice, can you send it to me?

Of course! Please contact us, stating your order number and/or address details so that we know which order it concerns. We will then e-mail you your invoice as soon as possible.

If I order from abroad, do I still have to pay VAT?

Yes, but you can reclaim the VAT in your country of residence. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you.
