How can I redeem a gift card, voucher or discount code?

To use the gift voucher, discount code or voucher, after you, have chosen your items you can enter the code and redeem it. In the ''shopping cart'', you can enter your voucher, discount code or voucher.

It is a good idea to copy and paste the code so that you don't make mistakes with capital letters or spaces, for example. Simply choose the option "Apply discount code" in your shopping cart. Then press the ''Apply discount code'' button. A notification will appear that the voucher, voucher or discount code has been successfully processed.

The amount payable will then be immediately reduced by your discount. Has the price not been adjusted after entering the code? Then the discount has not been processed. To remove the discount code again, press the cross and then enter the discount code again.

Another important thing to know...

You can use several gift vouchers per order, unless stated otherwise.

Your voucher is valid up to and including the stated expiry date.

You can only use your gift voucher/voucher once.

You cannot redeem the voucher for money.

In case of an exchange of an article(s), we do not give any money back.

Any remaining amount will be forfeited.
