Exchanges & Returns

Return your item within the 30-day reflection period for free, in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany! That's your right of withdrawal. You may view, assess and/or try on your order (if applicable), but not use it. Check here for more information.

1. I want to return my order?

Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you can report it within 30 days of receipt via the online returns portal. You then have another 30 days to return your item free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. Make sure your order is in its original packaging. So feel free to view, assess and/or try on (if applicable) your order. But you may not use your order. Unfortunately, free returns currently only apply in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.

For other countries, consumers must take care of the return themselves and unfortunately we do not refund any return costs. You can return your order within 30 days. Of course, if the product does not work properly or shows defects and faults, we will bear the return costs. We will provide you with a return label that you can use to return your order free of charge. However, always keep in mind that upon receipt, we will assess the product for any defects and flaws. If there are no defects or faults, we will charge the return costs.

For items that have been damaged or used in a way other than you would in a shop, we may hold you liable. We reserve the right to charge for this. After 30 days of receiving your order, it is no longer possible to return. Of course, you do have warranty (if applicable) on your item.

If you return part of your items and the total amount of the order falls below the threshold amount for free shipping, shipping costs for the return shipment may be charged.

2. How can I return an item?

Many of our items can be easily returned via our online returns portal. For heavy and bulky items, please contact us via our customer service. These cannot be returned via our returns portal.

  1. 1.     Please register your return via the online returns portal or contact our customer service.
  2. 2.    Make sure you use sturdy packaging to wrap your return.
  3. 3.    Print out the return label you received and stick it on the return.
  4. 4.    You can now drop the return off at the chosen delivery point. Returns are free of charge!
  5. 5.    Within 14 days of receipt, the money will be in your account!

3. Large or heavy returns

If your item weighs more than 30 kilograms and/or is larger than 175 x 78 x 58 centimetres? Then please contact our customer service. Unfortunately, you cannot return these via our returns portal. We will send you a return label and a confirmation by email. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. This applies only to items that are heavier (30 kilograms) or exceed the dimensions mentioned above (175 x 78 x 58 centimeters).

Please be aware that you cannot return these items via the return portal. If items that exceed the dimensions are returned through the portal, you will be responsible for the full return costs. We will deduct these costs from your refund or send you a payment request.

Within 14 days of receiving the return, the money will be in your account.

4. Refund

If you return your order, you will receive the purchase amount including the shipping costs. After you have notified us of the return, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction. This is done in any case within 14 days. If the account number is unknown to us, we will contact you.

5. Article exchange and exceptions

Ordered the wrong article? Return the article you no longer want within 30 days and place a new order. After 30 days of receiving your order, it is no longer possible to return it.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns are not possible for:

  • Sealed items will only be exchanged if the packaging is unopened and/or undamaged.
  • Items that have been modified according to your specifications.
  • Items that are clearly personal in nature cannot be returned.
  • Items such as batteries and light bulbs are excluded from warranty and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Hygiene items whose seal has been broken.
  • It is not possible to exchange and/or return a show model item.
  • Gift vouchers, discount codes or vouchers can unfortunately not be exchanged for money.

    6. Self return

    Nice of you to drop by yourself! To return items to our warehouse, you no longer need to register your item online, you do not need to print anything out. However, you do need to contact us in advance so that the right person is always there for you. The refund will be transferred to your account within 14 days. Would you rather exchange your article? That's possible too, just make sure you reserve the article by ordering it.

    7. Follow the status of my return

    Once we have received your return we will start processing it in our warehouse. As soon as we have processed your return, we will notify you by e-mail. The amount will also be credited to your bank account as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest.

    8. Right of withdrawal

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by post or e-mail to withdraw from the contract. You can use our model withdrawal form (PDF) for this purpose. However, you are not obliged to use the model form as the right of withdrawal also applies without the form.


    If you choose to return your order in another way than described above, you will have to pay the postage costs yourself.
