When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of your order is indicated in the order confirmation. If you place an order (in stock) before 17:00, you should receive it the next working day, depending on the country of delivery, of course. Not at home? No problem at all! Then your order will be delivered to your neighbour on Monday through Saturday (if possible). Is this not possible either? Then the deliveryman will come by again the next day (except Sundays). You also have the option of collecting your order from a collection point or from our warehouse.
If you are not present at the second delivery attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. In this case, the deliverer will put a notification in your letterbox so you can pick up your order yourself.
Shipping costs
For orders delivered on Monday to Saturday with an order value above € 99,-, shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free! For orders with a lower order value, the shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 5.95 and for Belgium and Germany € 9.99. If you collect your order from our warehouse, shipping costs are free. Safaary also delivers to Belgium, Germany and other countries. For information on shipping costs to other countries not listed, please contact us. Returning an order within the trial period is free of charge for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you return part of your items and the total amount of the order falls below the threshold amount for free shipping, you may be charged for return shipping costs.

Sometimes we deliver a little later
Custom delivery times apply for certain items such as custom-made, personalised items or items shipped directly from the supplier. Usually we deliver custom-made and/or personalised orders within 2 - 3 working days, depending of course on the country of delivery. We will always keep you informed about this.
Delayed delivery
The order is dispatched when all items are in stock. If you have placed an order containing items with different delivery times, you can ask us to send the items that are in stock in advance.
Please note: Placing an order on a Saturday, a different delivery time applies. If you have ordered on Saturday and the item is in stock, your order will be delivered on Tuesday, depending on the country of delivery. In addition, different delivery times and conditions may apply to some articles, which are delivered by an external carrier, for example. In that case, this will be stated on the product page.
If the delivery time is unexpectedly exceeded, you will be informed by e-mail.
Please note: When paying by bank transfer, the order will be delivered 1 to 2 working days after we receive the payment. Please note that processing times for certain banks may take longer.
