Prefer to collect your order yourself? You can do so in our warehouse or at one of the pick-up points. There is always one near you. If you want to collect your order from a collection point or our warehouse, you can choose this option in your shopping cart.

Pick-up at a collection point

Don't feel like waiting for the delivery guy? Then have your order delivered to a collection point and pick it up at your convenience. It works like this:

Order your items as usual, but choose ''Pick up at a collection point'' in the shopping cart.

Choose a collection point near you if you don't want to risk missing the courier. Select a service point and pick up your parcel easily.

You can collect your order the next working day. After that, your parcel will remain at the collection point for another 2 weeks.

Always bring valid proof of identity when picking up your order.

Collect from our warehouse

If you have selected the option "Collect from our warehouse" when placing your order, you can collect your order on the same day, provided the item is in stock and during opening hours.
